We want to make your first visit as easy as possible for both you and your pet. Please look over the following information, we've also provided downloadable forms to help shorten your wait.
If you are unable to download the forms and fill them out prior to your arrival, it would, be helpful if you could arrange to come in 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This time could be used to complete your pet's medical record.
When bringing your pet in for a checkup remember he may be a little uneasy about new people and animals. We suggest animals be placed on a leash, in a pet carrier or held in your arms before entering the waiting room. Cats can be especially nervous and will be safest confined in a carrier. Your pet and others in the waiting area will appreciate the extra care. If your pet is a youngster it may be helpful to withhold food and water for a couple of hours prior to travel, to prevent car sickness.
